How to get Cash Points for Project Ragnarok Online, and what they can be spent on.
Cash Points
Cash Points are the shop currency. They buy cosmetics, convenience, consumable buffs and Assist Mode access.
They do not buy weapons, body armour or cards. The one piece of permanent gear they can buy is headgear with modest stats, listed below with everything else.
What they do buy, named rather than buried, because you will find it anyway:
- Stat headgear. Permanent hats with stats, sold directly (never from a gacha), each shown in the catalog with its stats and price. They change hands only through the Marketplace, so every resale is recorded.
- Timed accessory rentals. The All In One Ring gives All Stats +1, and a set of rings gives +15% experience against one monster race. Two rings for the same race stack, so the most this can be is +30%, and that is the ceiling by design. They expire after 7 or 14 days and cannot be traded or sold on.
- Consumables that help. Buff scrolls, stat food, EXP and job manuals. Temporary, and they wear off like any other buff.
- Enriched Elunium and Oridecon. These roughly double your chance at a refine that can fail, and a refine is permanent. Failure still destroys the item at exactly the same rate, so this buys better odds and never safety. They are not shop only: Pink converts 30 ordinary ores plus 100,000 Zeny into one, in Prontera, Morocc, Payon and Alberta.
- Two permanent conveniences. The Gym Pass, which raises how much you can carry, and the Inventory Expansion Coupon, which adds inventory slots.
Costumes are no longer sold here individually. They come from the Monthly Costume Package, which rolls one prize per package and hands you a token every time; forty tokens draw a costume of SSR or better. How To Get Them
Top-ups are handled through a private Discord ticket, so a person confirms each payment against its receipt. GCash, bank transfer, QR Ph, InstaPay QR and PayPal are all accepted.
GCash works by GCash number or by scanning the GCash QR code; both are posted in your ticket. From GCash it is free. From another bank or e-wallet the QR goes through InstaPay, which may charge a fee, and Cash Points are counted on the amount that arrives.
Bank transfer goes to BDO or PNB, by transfer or by scanning that bank's QR code, posted in your ticket. From the same bank it is free. From another bank or e-wallet the QR goes through InstaPay, which may charge a fee, and Cash Points are counted on the amount that arrives.
QR Ph means you scan one QR code with any Philippine bank or e-wallet app, GCash included, with no fees. The InstaPay QR goes to a GoTyme Bank account and scans the same way from any bank or e-wallet app that makes InstaPay transfers, but your bank may charge its InstaPay fee. Cash Points are counted on the amount that arrives, so add the fee on your side. Staff post either code inside your ticket; neither is ever shown on this site.
One limit on PayPal: it can be used for Cash Points, but not for RMT Points. RMT Points can be withdrawn back out as real money, and PayPal payments can be reversed by the sender for months afterwards, so anything that can leave as cash has to arrive by GCash, bank transfer, QR Ph or InstaPay QR, which cannot be reversed. Cash Points are spent in game and never convert back, which is why PayPal is fine for them. A PayPal payment that is disputed, charged back or reversed locks your game account until the money is repaid by GCash, bank transfer, QR Ph or InstaPay.
RMT Points can also buy Zeny from other players at the RMT Marketplace, in lots from 1 to 100 million. The server itself never sells Zeny: every lot is Zeny another player earned in game, and the usual Zeny tax is taken when it is collected.
- Join the Discord and open #donate-info.
- Press Create ticket. That opens a private channel only you and staff can see.
- The payment details are posted in that channel. Send the amount you want, then upload your receipt in the same ticket.
- Came from a streamer? Type their streamer code in the same ticket, before staff confirm your payment. A code sent after that cannot be added. A Cash Point donation that names a code earns you 10% more Cash Points (the rule is below).
- Once staff confirm the payment, your Cash Points are set aside for you. The ticket stays as your record of it.
- Collect them in game from Leilah, the Cash Point Kafra in the Eden HQ lobby at 28,35 (any Kafra takes you there for free). You do not need to be online when the payment is confirmed. Your points wait for you, and nothing expires.
What to send in your ticket

| Streamer code bonus | Name a streamer's code on a Cash Point donation and you get 10% more Cash Points on that donation. The streamer earns their share from the same donation, so it costs you nothing extra. |

Payment details are given inside your ticket rather than published here. That way there is one authoritative place they can come from, and anyone posting different details somewhere else is not us.
Donation Mileage
Every Cash Point top-up in a calendar month adds to your Mileage, and each tier you pass gives a reward on top of the Cash Points you bought. Collect it from Ann in the Eden HQ lobby.

Avoiding Scams
Private server donations are a common target, so it is worth being blunt about how we work:
- We will never message you first asking for a payment. Every top-up starts with a ticket you open.
- Staff will never ask for your password. Not for a top-up, not for support, not ever.
- Payment details come from #donate-info or from inside your own ticket, nowhere else. Never from a direct message, never from general chat, and never from this page. If the details you were given do not match the ones pinned in #donate-info, stop and ask in your ticket.
- If someone claiming to be staff contradicts any of the above, they are not staff, whatever their name or avatar looks like.
Before You Send Anything
Top-ups open at launch. Nothing is sold during the closed beta, and at launch every account is reset to a clean start before the shop opens, so everything you buy is for your real, post-launch characters.
Cash Points are not refundable once credited, and a payment dispute raised without talking to us first closes the account. We do fix our own mistakes, with no time limit. The full terms are on the Rules & Policies page, and anything that goes wrong with a top-up is handled in your ticket.
