“Unregistered ID” when logging in

Almost always an out-of-date client rather than a problem with your account. Install the client update from the Download page and it will clear.

The launcher will not patch

Usually the game folder being somewhere Windows protects. Move it out of Program Files to somewhere like C:\Games and try again. If your antivirus is quarantining files, add the folder to its exclusions.

I forgot my password

Use the password reset page. It emails a link to the address your account was registered with.

If you no longer have access to that address, contact a GM below. Expect to be asked questions only the account owner could answer; that is what stops someone else claiming your characters.

The game crashes on launch

Tell us what your antivirus is, whether a trash folder appeared in the game directory, and any error text. Anti-cheat and antivirus software interact badly often enough that this is the first thing worth checking.

I found a bug

Please report it, including the ones that benefit you. What helps most: your character name, the map, what you did, and what happened instead of what you expected. A screenshot is worth a lot.

Support runs through Discord. Open a ticket and you get a private channel with staff. Nothing you post there is visible to other players.

Bugs and account problems

Join the Discord, go to #support, and press Create ticket.

In game

There are no chat commands for players, including for reaching staff. If a GM is nearby you can whisper them, but a Discord ticket is the reliable way, and the only one that leaves a record.

This is a small operation, so replies come from a person rather than a queue. Expect a day or so, faster during Philippine evenings.

For anything account-related, open the ticket yourself and include your account username, not your character name, and never your password. Staff will never ask for your password. Anyone who does is not staff, whatever their character is called.
